Terms and Conditions Agreement
PriceSaving.com / PricingNetwork.com is an IT technology information and comparison
service which has been created to be easily accessible to all users, but it has limitations and risks which must be made known to the users before participating. By using the Service User are consenting and agreeing to abide by these terms.
PriceSaving.com / PricingNetwork.com will not be held liable for any breach of terms and conditions arising from user's misunderstanding of the following materials.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Copyright/ Use of Content
PriceSaving.com / PricingNetwork.com and your company during the term of this Agreement grant each other a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide, royalty-free license, including any necessary trademark licenses, solely to use any graphic banners submitted by the other as a return link from the other's web site.
PriceSaving.com / PricingNetwork.com shall use your company's return link provided that its size and appearance meet with
PriceSaving.com / PricingNetwork.com's approval. PriceSaving.com / PricingNetwork.com
and your company agree not to use the graphic banners for any other purpose.
2. Trust and Dispute Issues
PriceSaving.com / PricingNetwork.com is required to bring the best information and Service for the User.
PriceSaving.com / PricingNetwork.com does not screen or censor or otherwise control the listings offered by third parties.
PriceSaving.com / PricingNetwork.com will, however, attempt in all its abilities to present reliable third parties in its Service, but this is not a guarantee of the conduct of the third party or of other Users.
3. Conduct Ethics
PriceSaving.com / PricingNetwork.com views postings of any and all offensive Contents through the Service by the User as a breach of Conduct Ethics. It is unethical to distribute or post offensive and unwanted Contents in the Service.
PriceSaving.com / PricingNetwork.com will remove any such postings at its own discretion and will not notify of User of such removal.
PriceSaving.com / PricingNetwork.com reserves the right to limit the User of access into any or all of the Service as a direct result of offensive conduct, which includes language, photography and any such form of communications.
Such Contents as mentioned above includes without limitations , profane or sexually explicit postings that include masking or misspelling the words, or images that would be illegal in any jurisdiction. In detail, anything which is considered libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, harassing or threatening shall be removed from postings. Contents mentioned includes also any Contents with contaminative features or viruses, Contents which violates the copyright, trademark, or other such propriety, privacy or publicity laws and any Contents which violates any applicable law.
PriceSaving.com / PricingNetwork.com is not responsible for Contents submitted by the User, and does not and cannot review such Contents. The User shall remain responsible for all Contents posted/submitted by the User.
PriceSaving.com / PricingNetwork.com cannot be held liable for any and all of the above mentioned
Contents.PriceSaving.com / PricingNetwork.com does, however, reserves the right to modify, remove or move any Content as
PriceSaving.com / PricingNetwork.com sees fit, including also all and any Content in the Interactive Areas.
Note: It is important for the User to realize that the User may not in any way add a link in the Interactive Areas which serves marketing purposes for anything other than
PriceSaving.com / PricingNetwork.com Services.nPriceSaving.com / PricingNetwork.com opposes SPAM! All activities related to SPAMming are STRICTLY prohibited in the Service.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liabilities

WILL ACT AS A WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN.
EXCEPT FOR ANY LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF, IN CONNECTION WITH OR RELATING TO ANY THIRD PARTY CLAIM THAT INTERACTION OF

PriceSaving.com / PricingNetwork.com AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND AND HOLD USER HARMLESS FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL LOSS, DAMAGE, LIABILITY, COST OR EXPENSE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION REASONABLE ATTORNEYS FEES, ARISING OUT OF, IN CONNECTION WITH OR RELATING TO ANY COVERED CLAIM.
5. General
This agreement is complete and is the exclusive agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, superseding any prior agreements and or communications regarding such subject matter. This agreement may be modified in any way only by a written document executed by all parties.
6. Agreeing
It is PriceSaving.com / PricingNetwork.com's wish that all Users have read and understood all the Terms and Conditions before agreeing. By agreeing
PriceSaving.com / PricingNetwork.com means any and all usage of the Service, after/before the reading of this Agreement. At the instance that a User refuses to agree to this, the User shall immediately cease to use the Service.
